Advanced infusion in soothing surroundings

Open Monday – Friday; 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Chemotherapy and other infusion procedures take place under the supervision of oncology nurses, using advanced techniques designed for maximum comfort and safety. The Total Care Infusion Center provides seven reclining infusion stations with two rooms with beds, each with entertainment options, to make visits as pleasant as possible. 

The Total Care Infusion Center at Los Alamitos Medical Center provides several types of infusions:

• Blood Transfusions
• Chemotherapy
• Antibiotics
• Hydration
• Iron

Patient Comforts

Total Care Infusion Center makes patient comfort a priority. Each patient receives treatment in a relaxing treatment recliner. The patient may draw a curtain for privacy or visit with a friend or family member in a treatment-side guest chair.  Each patient has a personal use cable television, lunch and snacks are provided, and we provide pillows and warm blankets.  Personalized care is given to each patient and private rooms are available as appropriate.  The Infusion Center also has a patient resource and education display. 

The Total Care Infusion Center is located in the Total Care Pavilion on the Los Alamitos Medical Center campus.  The building is at 3951 nearest the corner of Bloomfield and Katella.
