Patient Registration

The patient registration desk is located in the main lobby. Please check in when you arrive for a procedure or inpatient admission. A member of our staff will check to see if you have been pre-registered and will direct you to the next step of your visit.

Admitting Department

Our admitting procedure is set up so we may obtain the latest information on your health insurance coverage. Please know that our staff will ask to see your insurance card each time you visit and must re-enter your personal information. We appreciate your cooperation as we strive to provide high quality service to every patient.

Plan of Care and Discharge Instructions   

Upon admission, all patients will receive an admission/discharge folder of information. Please keep this at your bedside until you are ready to go home. This folder will contain information on your plan of care and what to do when you are discharged.
