The Information Desk is located in our main lobby and is staffed by volunteers.  They provide general information and directions to patient rooms or hospital departments. You'll also see them delivering flowers and mail to patient rooms. Generally the Information Desk is staffed Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Reception Desk is located right inside our front doors.  It is staffed by our Information Desk Coordinator.  She can give you information on patient registration, appointments, services, and more.  She's your first stop when you have an appointment in the hospital.
